  Managed 27 employees, A/R, A/P, bicycle repair shop. Sold  in 1999.

1993-1999             The Paddle Shop                     Boulder, CO

• Started retail water paddle sports business that developed into a majority market share within a competitive market.  Created Olympic Trials venue, full charge rental and accredited teaching school, canoe & kayak design. Sold in 1999.

1994-1997           Eiger Intenational                      Boulder, CO

• Owner North American distributor for Edelweiss climbing products. 
  Expanded territorial sales by 400%, including REI, Mountain Chalet, and the Navy Seals.  Managed 7 sales reps covering 6 countries, warehousing and distributing to over 200 retail stores. mplemented teaming of products internationally. Sold in 1997.
