This house was built with a roof top patio for entertaining, watching San Felipe's spectacular sunrises and sunsets, lounging and potentially a hot tub. The owners recognized the fact that their contractor had built the roof perimeter dangerously low. If standing next to the edge, the roofs perimeter wall was just below knee hieght. Pictured you can see the hieght of the roof perimeter wall being raised to a safe level. The spots where the wall steps down will be filled with horizontal, wood railings to add architectural interest.
