The final coat on the wall will dry and eventually will be finished.
More of the perimeter wall. All construction debris will removed for final earth grading and landscaping.
It seldom rains in the Sonoran Desert of Baja, but when it does, it pours. Here we see the waterproofing of the roof that is not used as a patio. The exposed exterior wall awaits finish concrete and stucco.
The electric has been run to the roof top patio.
The interior ceiling of the garage is also the floor of the roof top patio. The ceiling is being insulated with foam insulation.
Roof pillars are installed outside of the master bedroom.
The master bath shower bench is framed.
The front entry archway is framed to define the front entry way.
Another 3 coats of sealant have been applied to the roof.
The window framing is prepped for window installation. Earthquake damage and road construction will prove stressful in transporing the windows that are ready for pick up.
Juan offsets the shower controls as per the clients requests.

The garage exterior has base coat of stucco.
